      From the Doctor

I worked as a family medicine physician at naval hospitals in Japan, Spain and California before moving to Jacksonville with my family in 1986. I believe family medicine involves offering more than preventive care. I'm trying to expand the anti-aging wellness services available at my office, and, with the help of my staff, I apply results from studies conducted by Berkeley HeartLab to learn more about testing for risk factors of coronary heart disease.

When I'm not in the office, I'm spending time with my family or performing with the Heritage Chorus of Jacksonville. My wife and I have two children and two grandchildren. We're also the proud parents of our fourth Dalmatian.
