      From the Doctor

      My philosophy of care is simple: I want to keep people healthy, and I want my patients to see me as both a doctor and a friend.

      I keep busy as a member of the Vietnamese Association in Jacksonville and the Florida Vietnamese Medical Association. I write about medical topics in Vietnamese for both of these organizations.

      I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife, who works in IT, and my daughter, who's studying interior design. I also enjoy photography.

        • Photograph of Amanda Huffman, ARNP Amanda graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. She is an advanced registered nurse practitioner who is board-certified in family practice. Huffman provides services in family practice, pediatrics, women's health, preventative medicine and acute care and performs minor office procedures. Huffman is married with two sons, ages 3 and 18 months. She enjoys working out, running, playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends. She is a member of the Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville, St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
